Protesting other boat procedure:
-hail 'Protest' to other boat imediately
-anounce on vhf 72 asap
-write protestor and protestee boat number in this group
-skippers are invited to come on race committee boat asap after docking in marina for hearing
Route for race 1 will be announced 20 minutes before starting procedure
